QUALIFIED MEDICAL EVALUATOR QME
As a Qualified Medical Evaluator in the state of California, Dr. Williams as a chiropractic physician certified by the Division of Workers' Compensation to assess injured workers and provide medical-legal reports that determine eligibility for workers' compensation benefits.
Qualified Medical Evaluators must pass a certification examination to validate their expertise in medical evaluations and legal procedures also, they must evaluate injured workers and write reports that help resolve medical disputes between employees, employers and insurance carriers.
